I will say it again and again, "hacking" an account is not and never will be a good excuse to have no gifting system in the game. And if you use PayPal, you still need to use your password. You credit/debit card details STILL require you to input important information with every purchase. In fact it would have absolutely no impact on your account at all. Nothing about a gifting system would make accounts any more or less valuable.
You can't gift any RP you currently have on your account, you can't gift any skins you currently own on your account. You choose to either Gift it or buy it for yourself when buying RP. Gifting would work exactly the same way it would when you buy RP. (trade items, gold etc.) (I've never played WoW). And you can most definitely gift items through Steam and you can essentially gift items in WoW. It is by no means a valid excuse.įirstly, steam accounts and WoW accounts have much more "value" to them then a LoL account. This has already been talked about in this subreddit MANY MANY times before.
